No. In Florida, personal watercraft such as jet skis may not be operated from sunset to sunrise. For safety and to comply with state law, all Wave of Naples rentals must return to the dock before official sunset time. We do not allow any night rides.

Safety is our top priority. If we must cancel your rental due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, or you may choose to reschedule, subject to availability.

For guest cancellations, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. In those cases, any amounts paid will be refunded except for the non-refundable booking deposit. Cancellations made with shorter notice may result in the full deposit being retained.

If you are enjoying your ride and would like to stay out longer, you may request to extend your rental time while you are still within your original rental period, subject to availability and our schedule. These extensions are charged at our regular rental rates and are not treated as a late return.

Please note that if you request extra time after your scheduled end time has already passed or if you return late without prior approval, this is considered a late return. Late returns are subject to a fee of $5 per minute after your scheduled return time, in addition to any extra rental time charges. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality.
